AI agents
When you resolve a task, you can trigger an AI agent resolution in the top right-hand side of the resolution field, by clicking on the following button.

If you click on the 'Generate AI Resolution' button, Mini Agent takes the task's title and description to generate a prompt and send it to the selected AI provider/model. If the task has any file attachments, the files are also used to generate the prompt by default, however, you can disable this RAG-type (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) process if you don't wish the files to be taken into account by the AI agent, due to size or context.
Ensure a task's title and description are AI prompt friendly
The AI resolution will be as good as the selected provider/model, as well as how the input prompt is structured. The AI prompt structure simply uses the task's title and description, so ensure both values are comprehensive enough for an AI model.
Once the agent is done, it pastes the results in the resolution field, unsaved. At which time you can edit the response and then save it as part of the task resolution, as if it were a standard human resolution.
By default, the 'Generate AI Resolution' button recalls the last run AI provider/model to easily re-use the same AI provider/model for future tasks. However, a new AI provider/model can easily be re-configured by clicking the gear icon besides the button, which lets you adjust the agent's provider/model and parameters.
You can resolve tasks using AI models from Anthropic, Google and OpenAI, using either a pay-as-you-go or BYOK ('Bring Your Own Key') strategy.
If you provide your own AI API key, the key is stored encrypted and used whenever you trigger a task resolution for that AI provider. The alternative is to purchase credits, that can then be used toward task resolutions using any of the supported AI models.
On the right-hand side of your profile page, you can either buy credits or bring your own API keys to solve tasks with AI models.
